Our lavender blue Victorian home, built in the early 1900s, is situated on two acres of manicured grounds surrounded by trees and english gardens. Vintage street lights, 200 rose bushes, fountains and a 150 year old eucalytus only add to the ambience of the Gardnes.

For your event, you have the use of the grounds which include three garden areas. Most commonly used for wedding ceremonies, the West Garden can hold up to 400 guests seated for a ceremony and 250 with tables and chairs for a reception.
This garden has a 20X20 dance pad adjacent to the "chicken coop" converted into a bar/beverage area as well as the permanent bathrooms for guests.
The Bridal Cottage is adjacent to the West Garden and is available throughout the date for the bride and her attendants.
The second garden is the Grotto, the smallest of the areas. The Grotto is surrounded by floral and folage with a center umbrella fountain. This area can seat a cozy 100-125 guests.
The largest of the gardens, the Perennial Garden holds up to 400 guests for a ceremony and approximately 400 for a reception with tables and chairs. The Perennial Garden includes a Victorian-style street lamp, a 60-ft arbor flanked by trees wrapped in white lights, a bar area and a separate caterers' area.
Included in the property are fountains, a black bottomed pool, covered pool house and an acre of lighted grassed parking behind the grounds.

Our 2 acre grounds and additional acre for parking provides an ideal site for wedding ceremonies, receptions and other events

The West Garden is shaded by a large eucalyptus tree, and is back-dropped by fruit trees, flowers and plants

The beautiful east Perennial Garden can accommodate up to 400 guests

Additional areas include the Grotto for smaller events, a 50-foot arbor adjacent to the Perennial Garden, and a Bridal Cottage
